Palestine - NRC Strategic Partnership Agreement Flyktninghjelpen/NRC in Palestine aims to ensure that Palestinians affected by or threatened by displacement in Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, have access to humanitarian assistance and protection. Given the volatile context, NRC has developed an Emergency Response Plan for the crisis in Gaza and an Emergency Preparedness Plan for the West Bank and East Jerusalem areas, providing guidance on the main operational planning scenarios and triggers to monitor. To ensure an adequate emergency response to the current escalation of violence, NRC is currently responding (and will continue to respond) with a multi-sectoral cash assistance (MPCA) interventions or in-kind assistance.
