Downloads are generated by the server from all filtered records, not only this page. The safety limit is 50,000 rows; a 413 response means the result is too broad, so narrow the filters and try again. Exports are never silently truncated.

Moldova - Humanitarian response "The overall objective of the Programme is to save lives, alleviate suffering and protect human dignity in line with the humanitarian principles. This will be achieved by providing assistance primarily in the sectors of protection, WASH, and food security. Additionally, the project aims at reducing vulnerability of beneficiaries ensuring result sustainability. Gender perspectives are mainstreamed across the activities, in addition to being a particular focus of the protection component. The project will target project participants based on the following vulnerability criteria: Single Mother/Father or caregiver with one or more children under 18, HH with a pregnant/breastfeeding mother with a child under 3, HH with 3 or more children, HHs with members with a disability or serious/chronic illness, Individuals of the age of 60 or above, returnees without a stable income and HH that have lost their sources of income due to the war. The local Caritas network provides assistance to all IDPs, residents in regions affected by hostilities (both displaced and those who have returned), and families affected by the war. This part of the agreement is earmarked for Moldova." ----- NORAD
