Flyktninghjelpen/NRC in Cameroon provides assistance to vulnerable displacement-affected populations through an integrated response, focused on creating overall individual and communal wellbeing where people can exercise their rights, including support to existing Rapid Response Mechanisms (RRM) and Post-RRM. NRC Cameroon’s programme intervention will aim at improving the living conditions of the displacement-affected population to meet their basic needs, improve their livelihoods, and enhance their resilience, as well as working towards durable solutions where the context in Cameroon allow. Sectors include Education, Information, counselling and legal assistance (ICLA), Livelihoods and food security (LFS), Shelter and settlements, and Water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). The project design is informed by a gender analysis and all indicators are disaggregated by sex.
