A multi-sectoral response, prioritizing education, shelter, and ICLA is the core of the program, with livelihood and WASH integrated activities when relevant. Rapid response capacities is also be maintained, in order to deliver emergency assistance (mostly shelters) in case of massive arrivals in the targeted locations.  Sectors include Education, Shelter and settlements. The project design is informed by a gender analysis, and all indicators are disaggregated by sex.
