Strengthening NRC’s specialized protection programming: As a leading humanitarian protection organisation, Flyktninghjelpen/NRC is committed to the centrality of protection and to delivering a strengthened humanitarian protection response for the displacement-affected people we work with. "Provide surge support to improve UN and other institutional partners’ capacities to respond rapidly and efficiently to global humanitarian crises. NORCAP has built considerable expertise in coordination and leadership from its support to a wide range of humanitarian crises.
