  "description": "Flyktninghjelpen/NRC in the Democratic Republic of Congo works through an integrated and multi-sector approach to provide a holistic response to the people most in need. NRC provides assistance to 1) IDPs throughout all phases of displacement, from initial displacement to protracted displacement; and return, resettlement or integration, where the context allows; 2) returnees; and 3) vulnerable host community members. Cross-cutting factors like gender, age, disability, ethnicity among others, are taken into account as part of the community-based selection criteria of programme participants. Given the increasing needs and reduction of funding, NRC will prioritise assistance based on vulnerability, encompassing social and physical aspects. Sectors include Information, counselling and legal assistance (ICLA) and Protection from violence (PfV). The project design is informed by a gender analysis and all indicators are disaggregated by sex.",
